השימוש באתר mthales.com ("האתר"), המופעל על-ידי אמתאלס בע"מ ("MThales", "אנחנו"), כפוף לתנאי שימוש אלה. בשימוש באתר אתה מאשר שקראת והבנת תנאים אלה, והנך מסכים להם. אם אינך מסכים, אנא הימנע משימוש באתר. Use of mthales.com (the "Site"), operated by MThales Ltd. ("MThales", "we"), is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. מטרת האתר וקהל היעד2. Site Purpose and Target Audience

האתר נועד למסור מידע על אמתאלס בע"מ ועל פעילותה. המידע באתר מיועד למשקיעים כשירים בלבד, כהגדרתם בתוספת הראשונה לחוק ניירות ערך, התשכ"ח-1968. מבקרים שאינם משקיעים כשירים מתבקשים שלא להסתמך על המידע באתר. The Site is intended to provide information about MThales Ltd. and its activities. Information on the Site is intended for Qualified Investors only, as defined in the First Schedule of the Israeli Securities Law, 1968. Visitors who are not Qualified Investors are asked not to rely on information on the Site.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the exclusive property of MThales Ltd. or its rights holders. Use of this content is permitted solely for personal viewing on the Site. Copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content without explicit written permission is prohibited.

MThales Ltd. and its employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage arising from use of or reliance on Site information. Use of the Site is at your sole responsibility.

תנאי שימוש אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל סכסוך הקשור באתר או בתנאים אלה נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב, ישראל. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these terms is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
